Position Snapshot
Location: Plan-les-Ouates (Geneva, Switzerland)
Activity rate: Full-Time
Type of contract: Unlimited contract (CDI)
Key Responsibilities
Manage initial supplier qualification and requalification
Manage supplier complaint process (SCAR) and exchange with suppliers for complaint management
Manage supplier audits
Manage supplier changes (evaluation and management of internal change control if applicable)
Manage Supplier Quality Agreements
Manage supplier performance assessment
Maintain recording of supplier certifications
Manage creation and maintenance of supplier documentation
Provide quality indicators related to supplier management
Support QA Vendor team and other departments for defining supplied good specifications
What will make you successful
Knowledge & Skills
Strong Knowledge/Technical Expertise in production sites under controlled environment
Ease of relationship, ability to discuss with internal and external contact.
French and English at ease with usual IT tools
At ease for writing and summarizing
Education & Qualifications
Engineer diploma in Sciences or equivalent or at least 3 years’ experience in Quality assurance
Professional Experience
At least 3 years’ experience in Medical Device Company / Pharmaceutical company
Deep knowledge of QSR 21CFR part 820 and ISO 13485.
