Job Brief
Developing, implementing and reviewing quality standards and procedures – creating guidelines and protocols for various aspects of the project.
Auditing and monitoring processes – regularly assess whether processes adhere to established standards and identify areas for improvement.
Training and documentation – Ensuring that all personnel are adequately trained on quality procedures and maintaining comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams – Working with other stakeholders such as project engineering teams and clients to address quality concerns and implement improvements.
Conducting inspections and testing – perform thorough inspections of products and installation works in accordance with QC plans and to ensure they meet quality standards.
Analyzing data and identifying trends – analyzing inspection data to identify patterns and trends in defects, and report findings.
Implementing corrective actions – taking steps to address identified defects and prevent them from recurring.
Maintaining records and documentation – keeping accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
Requirement
· Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/ Chemical or its equivalent);
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in mechanical related project preferred
