INSPECTIONS Â Â Incoming material inspection civil structural paint& chemicals.
Issue MIR to customer in coordination with PE/SE whererequired.
Coordinate thirdparty material inspection as per ITP and record all inspectionreports in server.
Sitesurvey visual and dimensional.
Civil Structural Steel bridge lift Pedestrian bridgemaintenance work inspection   Coordinate surveyor inspections whererequired.
On site paintinspection Visual DFT RAL coloursetc.
Final Inspection andJMS in coordination with PE/SE with customer / consultantrepresentatives.
Qualityrepresentative of the company in all site inspections with Consultant/Client.
Anyother inspection not specified above but required by theclient/customer or directed by QAQCManager.
DOCUMENTS Â Â Develop Inspection & Test Plan as per the Method Statement project specification and relevant internationalstandards.
Prepare Checklist and Inspection Forms/Formats in line with client templateif applicable.
Reviewmethod statement as per project specification specific workactivity and customers /consultantcomments.
Review materialsubmittals / sample submittals in coordination with projectteam    Keep log up to dateand record of all quality submittals with customers in coordinationwith document controller.
Prepare training requirement analysis coordinate internal/ external quality training and keep the certificate records andlogs up to date.
Keep allquality inspections records (internal and thirdparty).
Be familiar withproject specification requirement and jobrelated internationalstandards.
QUALITY MANAGEMENTSYSTEMS Â Â Â Issue NCR tointernal or subcontractor when found any nonconformity exceedinglimit.
Record andcoordinate Lesson learned maintainlog.
Assist project team todevelop project objectives and periodicmonitoring.
Calibration ofall measuring instruments maintainlog.
Assist insubcontractor Audits to auditing team. Verify subcontractorevaluation.
Attend monthly QHSEmeeting.

culture of thecompany.
Promotion
andsupport company policy and objectives and support in fulfilling IMSrequirement.
Follow anyother instructions provided by QA QCManager.

NACE or BGAS or FROSIOEquivalent
Qualifications : BE Civil Engineering Minimum  8 10 yearsexperience
