QAQC Inspector – EI Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE/Dubai at Ghobash Group
Responsible for all quality inspectionscarryout the construction activities with approved qualitydocuments and drawings.
Responsible to Preparation of all type WPS PQR and WQT as per organization and Projects requirement. Maintained Welders records and update the allwelding work related logs.
Reporting to all siteactivities on weekly and monthly basis to LeadQA/QC.
Job Responsibilities
Implement Project  Quality Plan requirements and comply with client qualityrequirements.
Develop and Implement Inspectionand test plan for the projectactivities
Preparation of mechanical worksrelated Method Statements and follow up the implementation at siteworks
Carryout
quality control
inspection asper approved ITP with associated checksheets
Maintain quality documents compliance toISO 9001 standard requirements
Forecast toinspection requirements and available resources prior to start theinspection activity
Raise RFI to the client forquality inspection on projectactivity
Reporting nonconformity of product andservices to the quality manager
Monitor theimplementation corrective and preventive measures on product andservices to ensure fulfil ISO 9001requirements
Ensure and maintain the Calibration of all welding and site equipment update the log onregular basis and share to the enduser.
Checking weld joint preparation fit upalignment & dimensions as per the drawings and projectrequirement.
Liase with construction team onquality compliance requirements.
Ensure theresponsibilities inspection check points to be fulfilled as perapproved ITPMaintain quality document andsubmit dossier to client prior projectcompletion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree (B. Techin Electronic andinstrumentation)
ORDiplomadegree (B. Tech in Electrical andinstrumentation)
