Kenangan Coffee Malaysia is seeking a motivated QAQC Intern (immediate-starter preferable), to support our quality management and compliance teams for 6 months. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals looking for hands-on operational experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written communication and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willing to learn and work in a compliance-driven environment.
Job Role:
- Assist with Halal-related documentation and paperwork.
- Support report writing and documentation.
- Track and follow up on pest control issues.
- Prepare and monitor Food Handler Certificates.
- Track Halal training records and Halal certificate expiry dates.
- Perform administrative tracking and follow-up to ensure compliance.
