About this Role:
You will be responsible for supervising the painting process, coordinating with contractors and consultants, conducting site inspections, and ensuring seamless project execution. Your keen eye for detail and ability to troubleshoot on-site challenges will be critical in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor paint application work to ensure it is completed as per Kaizen Paint’s quality standards and project specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, contractors, and consultants on-site to resolve issues and maintain smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections, raise and attend to inspection requests.
Ensure strict adherence to Kaizen Paint quality standards.
Review and monitor work progress, ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are met.
Address and rectify any quality issues or discrepancies identified during site inspections.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all site activities, inspections, and progress.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely material deliveries and resolve any site-related issues.
Provide technical support to subcontractors and contractors to ensure compliance with paint application guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably within the paint or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of paint systems, application techniques, and surface preparation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Familiarity with UAE construction standards, regulations, and practices.
Proficient in site documentation and report preparation.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
