该职位来源于猎聘 Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Implement Modernize Group SDLC within TSS to ensure compliance with Group standard by providing training, coach, consultancy and etc.
  • Implement and innovate TSS Development process, standard, guideline (ADP) to ensure the availability and effective utilization for meeting the Group and local quality objective
  • Review project defined process of application service team, provide practicable/valuable solution to help project team improve the development effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Design and implement company level quality campaign programs to drive the continuous quality awareness and improvement that match business needs.
  • Define Customer Satisfaction Survey(CSS) / NPS criteria and plan, monitor the execution by vendor to ensure in time delivery and data accuracy, provide insight on improvement area based on survey result. Optimize survey process including survey system optimization.
  • Maintain, implement and innovate TSS asset management standards to govern its implementation across various backroom teams.
  • Identify process improvement opportunity to optimize company processes, procedures, standards and guidelines. Requirements:
  • University degree or above.
  • 2-3 years of system development or project management support experience.
  • 5 years above of ISO or CMMI implementation experience or 5 years above of quality assurance experience.
  • Proficient in ISO or CMMI or Information system audit.
  • Good command of both read-written and oral English.
  • Good communication and presentation skill.
  • Good self-study capacity.
  • Be curious to understand industry, learn new methods, understand new tech and adopt AI in daily work.
  • Works well in team environment, with sound negotiation and problem-solving skills; Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with application/backroom team’s leaders & member.
