We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector (QC) to join our production team at a leading high-tech company in Rosh HaAyin, operating in the automotive industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing quality inspections and in-process checks directly on the production line, ensuring that components and finished products meet internal quality standards and customer requirements. This is a key role in maintaining consistent product quality and supporting continuous improvement on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine quality inspections on the production line according to control plans and quality standards.
  • Monitor and document inspection results in real time, including measurements and visual inspections.
  • Verify the conformity of parts and assemblies using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection equipment.
  • Identify non-conforming products or processes and report findings to the Production Line Manager and Quality Engineer.
  • Support root cause analysis and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
  • Assist with First Article Inspection (FAI), incoming material inspections, and final product inspections as needed.
  • Work closely with production operators to maintain awareness of quality requirements and identify potential issues at an early stage.
  • Support compliance with international quality standards, including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, as well as customer-specific requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and organized quality records, reports, and documentation.
  • Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma – required; technical certification – an advantage.
  • 1–3 years of experience in quality inspection or production, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Good knowledge of basic quality tools and inspection equipment.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, control plans, and work instructions.
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 – an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • High attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness and ability to learn.
