Duties/Responsibilities:
· Receiving inspection of raw materials, components and finished product.
· Review of product labeling to ensure accuracy.
· In-process and final inspection of manufactured product.
· Package pre-sterile products for sterilization.
· Unpacking sterile loads and preparation of product for final packaging.
· Preparation of labels for in-process and finished goods.
· Compilation and reporting of Quality data (e.g., sterilization records, inspection records, product lot records)
· Assist in the investigation and resolution of Quality issues.
· Support manufacturing processes.
. Support Head of Quality Assurance in tracking and reporting of change status and timeliness from submission through implementation
Skills/Abilities:
The position requires the following skills and abilities:
· Current or previous studies in Biology, Quality Engineering, or related Sciences major.
· Ability to use various types of measurement and inspection equipment.
· Ability to collect and interpret production and Quality data.
· Effective, logical reasoning and interpretive skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to follow written and oral work instructions effectively.
· Could require lifting of up to 25 pounds.
