Audit & Review Gilbarco documented processes
Ensure employees and processes adhere to safety standards
Audit areas to ISO 9001:2015 compliance
Provide guidance, support, and technical assistance to Associates, Leadership and Quality Engineers
Evaluate/Improve manufacturing processes using quality tools such as SPC, PSP/PSR, 5 Why, and
capability studies
Lead NCM/MRB activities
Assist and/or lead continuous quality improvement teams
Provide customer support and investigate customer complaints, including ensuring corrective and
preventative action steps are taken to solve the root cause of problems
Assist with gage and tool calibration to ensure UL and ISO compliance
Audit and correct manufacturing routers and standard work
Train associates on standard work changes when necessary
Assist in and/or lead companywide Kaizen Events
Audit processes to ensure ESD Compliance
Provide guidance and assist with containment activities (Sorting, Quality Alerts, Deviations, Build
Ticket Corrections, etc)
Expediate Issue resolution utilizing Escalation to solution
Utilize appropriate tracking & measurement systems designated by the company
Perform Kamishibai Audits and assist with updates
Other duties as assigned
Associate degree in an Engineering technician field or equivalent experience (required)
Ideally will have at least three (5) years of relevant and progressive operations experience including
manufacturing
Knowledge of lean tools and principles (preferred)
Experience with an ERP systems such as Microsoft AX or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Professional Certification a plus (ASQ CQI, CQT, CQE, Six Sigma)
