JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a merit hire position. The starting pay rate for this position is $21.40. Dauphin County Children & Youth Services is currently accepting applications for full-time position of Quality Assurance Records Specialist. The Quality Assurance Records Specialist reviews casework to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, Agency’s policies, and other authoritative sources. Report the findings to the Quality Assurance Unit and the department management.
Minimum Education, Experience and Training Requirements:
Two years of social casework management experience which included the maintenance of client case files.
Or an equivalent combination of experience and training and a High School diploma or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
At the time of hire, a valid driver’s license and positive driving record, a favorable criminal background check, child abuse and FBI clearances, as well as favorable references are required. The applicant must provide proof of a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license within 60 days from the date of hire. An alternative form of identification will be accepted if you are not eligible to receive a Pennsylvania driver’s license under 67 PA. Code § 83 and driving is not an essential function of the position.
