Quality Control (QC) / Asst. Manager
The Quality Control position’s main purpose is to ensure that consistent and proper procedures have desired results in quality and production.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coach associates in positive and corrective quality of vehicles
- Keep manager informed on quality concerns and corrections
- Be sure production is being tracked and recorded correctly
- Help with training of new associates and cross training
- Assist managers in the development of training and quality action plans and corrections
- Ensure that all safety procedures and PPE is being followed
- Complete vehicle checklist to ensure that we are meeting all quality standards
- Be backup to Location Manager
Qualifications:
- 1-year manager or assistant manager experience
- 2 years customer service experience
- Auto detailing experience
- Must be a team player
- Detail oriented
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record
Non-exempt hourly paid position. Rate to be determined based on experience.

- Crew management: 1 year (Required)
