Position: QC Chemistry Lab Supervisor – Onsite Role
Lead the Chemistry lab at Natural Factors as a QC Chemistry Lab Supervisor. Drive KPI development, manage personnel, and enhance HPLC training efficiency in this permanent full-time role.
In this integral position, you will guide a talented team and continually improve operations at our GMP analytical lab. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in KPI management and personnel oversight. You will be pivotal in supporting HPLC methodologies and fostering growth in your direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive HPLC training and support
• Drive continuous improvement in HPLC operations
• Manage laboratory conflicts and personnel training
• Work collaboratively with supervisors for compliance
• Attend to additional assigned duties as required
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related discipline
• 5+ years in GMP analytical lab with KPI focus
• Experience with analytical instruments like HPLC
• Proficient in MS Office and LIMS systems
• Six Sigma yellow belt certification is required
