⮚Inspection of static fabrication, machining & rotary components.
⮚Inspection of Casting & Forging components
⮚NDT Level II – Magnetic Particle Testing, Liquid Penetration Testing, Radiographic Testing, Ultrasonic Testing
⮚Inspection of all incoming materials, verification and inspection of materials, review of test certificates
⮚Knowledge of welding, WPS, PQR, WPQ
⮚Inspection of fit-up, weld visual, alignment, out of roundness checking as per the drawing
⮚To ensure that complete fabrication is done in accordance with the job procedure and stage inspections as per the approved QAP
⮚Preparing final documentation as per the client & QAP requirement
⮚Ability to develop relationships with clients and vendors
⮚Travel for vendor inspections
⮚Good understanding of engineering drawings, national & international standards, manufacturing and inspection process, quality documentation.
⮚Good interpersonal skills, adaptable to challenging situation, analytical and problem solving attitude.
