Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant QC Engineer with 0-1 year of experience to join our Quality Control team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing quality inspections, assisting in document control, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC) activities to ensure raw materials meet specifications.
Conduct QC inspections at various stages of the production cycle to maintain quality standards.
Assist the Quality Department with day-to-day activities and compliance requirements.
Support document control processes, including revision control and distribution.
Maintain records and assist in documenting departmental requirements and quality procedures.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and implement best practices.
Foster a culture of quality within the organization by adhering to established procedures.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality-related issues.
Required Skills
Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
Effective communication skills for reporting and team collaboration.
Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in documentation and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier Caliper, Multimeter, etc.).
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, including welding, soldering, machining, and painting.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Understanding of electronic components, circuits, and assemblies.
