We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our second shift team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves conducting quality inspections, performing audits, and collaborating with various departments to uphold compliance with industry regulations such as ISO 9001. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Perform quality audits and document findings to identify areas for improvement.
Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers and coordinate measuring machines to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits
Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems and procedures.
Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to quality assurance.
Experience
Proven experience in quality control or assurance within CNC manufacturing or production environment.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards is highly desirable.
Proficient in using measurement tools such as calipers and coordinate measuring machines.
Strong understanding of QA/QC processes and methodologies.
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining independence when necessary.
Schedule:
2nd shift: Monday to Thursday from 4:15 PM to 2:15 AM
