Summary
We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team at Rynone Manufacturing Corporation. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality of our products through meticulous inspection and adherence to quality standards. Your contributions will be vital to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Utilize tape measure and micrometers for precise measurements.
Analyze data collected during inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols.
Review drawings and specifications to compare to produced goods.
Proposes improvements to the production process.
Assisting in the development of test methods and inspection plans.
Determining the causes of product defects and reworks.
Requirements
Prior experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment a plus.
Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and tools such as micrometers and tape measure (must be able to read a tape measure).
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
Effective communication.
Stand/Walk 10 hour + shift.
The shift: (4) ten-hour days, Monday – Thursday wtih occasional overtime.
