Charlotte Pipe and Foundry, located in Maize, KS, is looking for a Quality Control Inspector with a proven track record to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Perform visual and mechanical inspection of selected product samples.
Utilize such inspection devices as micrometers, testing devices, diameter gauges, and coordinate measuring machine.
Basic math skills including fractions.
Good communication skills to interact with production associates.
Train new associates.
Perform QC processes for visiting/sales personnel.
Knowledge of ASTM, NSF, APMO & CSA standards & requirements.
Keep work area up to 5S Housekeeping & Safety Standards
Maintain constant state of alertness and ability to safely perform job duties.
Help out in all areas of plant if needed.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to work 12 hour, day shifts
Submit to and successfully complete background check and pre-employment drug test
