Description:
Key Responsibilities:
This position assures the consistent quality of product, for the company’s brands, by enforcing effective quality control checks of materials, components, and assemblies.
Inspect completed work and/or work in progress to determine whether the work meets specifications.
Complete the required level of QC sampling.
Document and report product quality levels.
Monitor production lines and review client records to identify areas for improvement.
Identify compliance risks and escalate the issues to appropriate levels of management for resolution.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English is necessary.
High School Diploma.
1-2 years of related experience.
Ability to coach team members on QC processes as needed.
Excellent attention to detail.
Team Collaboration.
Ability to efficiently work independently of direct supervision.
