Position: QC Inspector I (1st shift)
The QC Inspector I will be responsible for inspecting and testing products at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. The incumbent will work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and will maintain accurate records of inspection results.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products at various stages of production
Perform functional and performance tests on products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Identify and report any quality issues to production teams and assist in resolving them
Maintain accurate records of inspection results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations and standards
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in quality control or a related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
