About the Role
Take charge of daily management for the finished product quality team of the factory.
Responsibilities
- Organize shipment evaluation for newly mass-produced products at the initial stage, follow up to close out identified issues, carry out finished product inspection and mass production type tests, and coordinate customer incoming product inspection.
- Monitor the warehousing and logistics status of finished goods in the rear warehouse as well as the implementation effect of front-end in-process quality control.
- Lead the improvement implementation and full closure of internal non-conforming finished product batches.
- Optimize the finished product quality control procedures and inspection methodologies based on after-sales market quality complaints.
Qualifications
- English proficiency: Excellent
Required Skills
- Candidates with working experience at well-known washing machine brands including Sharp, Haier, Panasonic, Samsung, Aqua and Polytrol will be given priority.
