Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

This position is responsible for receiving, process, and reconcile all RMA issues in the Service Depot material. Proactively monitor and expedite the movement of material through the receiving process. Job duties include materials transactions using SAP and trouble-shooting; perform document and reconcile inventory cycle counts; manages interfaces with delivery carriers; and facilitates support of daily service operations throughout the warehouse.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure timely shipment of all outbound FRU shipments to meet contractual obligations and customer requirements
Able to resolve receiving and shipping issues
Able to process FRU orders for domestic (U.S.) and international customers
Manage international shipping documentation requirements
Able to train in use of business operations software to record and trouble-shoot data transactions
Conduct daily cycle count
Maintain warehouse safety and housekeeping per 5S principles
Maintain an excellent attendance record
Follow all corporate, regulatory, safety policies and procedures
Train and certify for use of material handling (forklift and pallet jack) equipment per policy and procedures; audit safety inspections of equipment
Fulfill employee training record requirements/updates per supervisor’s direction
Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
Meet departmental goals/objectives
Communicate and interact with various departments to troubleshoot issues
Process, disposition, and track related returns
Receive all field returns
Process specific returns requiring sterilization to ensure safe handling
Process all items returned from repair service providers into appropriate inventory locations
Receipt of repairable items to and from external service providers
Manage discrepant returns to enable RMA processing
Communicate with customer service regarding aging DRMAs
Control of returns material storage within RMA Receiving area
Store and dispose of dispositioned instruments and accessories.
Arrange for pick-up and drop-off from offsite storage location
Pull and log requested RMAs from stored inventory
Dispose bio-hazardous material post sterilization as required and maintain the necessary documentation for disposal
Qualifications

Skill/Job Requirements:

Minimum Possess high school diploma, AA degree preferred
Prior warehouse (Minimum 1-2 years) or experience in all aspects of receiving, shipping, and manufacturing operations support
Inventory management experience (cycle counts, physical inventory)
Process domestic and international shipments utilizing different software ie: FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, etc
Prior medical industry experience
Prior experience and/or certification in operating material handling equipment
Ability to lift 35 pounds frequently each day
Extensive walking and repetitive physical motion (squatting, bending, lifting) is required (at least 70% of hours worked)
Able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in completing work assignments while complying with verbal and written instructions
Prior computer experience (including MS Office products and ERP systems) preferably SAP and Agile.
Knowledge of kanban systems and other lean material handling principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly customer and service focused.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.

Base Salary Range Region 1:$45,200 – $61,200
Base Salary Range Region 2: $38,400 – $52,000
Shift: Day
Travel: 10% of the time
