We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services meet customer expectations. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of quality assurance processes, developing and monitoring quality control metrics, and providing training and guidance to staff on quality assurance standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance principles and practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct regular audits to ensure that quality standards are met.
Develop and maintain a system for tracking and reporting on quality assurance metrics.
Analyze data to identify areas of improvement in the quality assurance process.
Train staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
Develop corrective action plans to address any issues identified in the quality assurance process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
