QC Lab Technician – 3rd Shift Jobs in Marathon, WI at Channeled Resources Group
Channeled Resources Group is a privately-owned company that is a growing leader in the labeling/coating industry. We are looking for an experienced Lab Technician that is driven and detail-oriented to be responsible for testing quality measure by following set procedures for our business located at our Marathon, WI plant.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure and follow lab procedures to meet or exceed all safety standards
- Read and understand the production documentation for each job, and ensure adherence to all work instructions
- Ensure all production meets or exceeds company quality standards
- Ability to follow and perform quality procedures as written to ensure consistent results.
- Complete all necessary production quality documentation and data entry in computer system
- Operate all equipment in a safe manner.
- Communicate the jobs running (or to be run) and discuss any issues with next operator upon shift change over
- Inform supervisor if there are any problems that need immediate attention
- Perform other duties as needed by supervisor or manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, organized and quality-inclined individual
- Ability to read, interpret work orders and specifications
- Ability to communicate clearly within organization
- Ability to work independently and a team player
- Safety minded
CURRENT AVAILABLE NEEDS:
- 3rd shift: 10:30am – 6:30pm/Sunday Night-Friday Morning
- $2.00 per hour shift differential
- Will need to train on 1st shift for several weeks
