Department: Quality Control Laboratory Status: Non Exempt
Reports to: QC Lab Supervisor
Summary:
The laboratory technician is primarily responsible for all data entry, filing, organizing and inventory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all data entry, trending data on company server for QC Laboratory
- Perform Water sampling of water for injection system
- Perform Inventory (Microbiology and Chemistry, tracking and requisition)
- Perform filing of all Data forms
- Perform data archiving
Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Education and Experience:
- HS Diploma or equivalent training
Physical Demands:
- Frequent sitting and standing
- Periodic lifting, bending or reaching when working in laboratory
- Frequent walking, between departments and on premises
