Job Description
We’re seeking a Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee inspection processes, quality management systems (QMS), and compliance with ISO 9001 standards. This role is essential in maintaining high-quality production, ensuring adherence to QC standards, and leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have a strong background in quality control, leadership, and inspection processes, this is a great opportunity to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee FAI, in-process, and final inspections, ensuring all products meet required specifications.
Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Lead and mentor the quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Utilize CMM and inspection tools to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to GD&T specifications.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.
Qualifications:
BS degree, with experience in quality control and manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS, and quality control standards.
Hands-on experience with CMM, inspection tools, and GD&T interpretation.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop QC teams.
Background in machining or precision manufacturing is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
