Responsibilities
- Ability to read CAD Files as well as customer schematics.
- Inspect parts for dimensional tolerances, craftsmanship and cosmetic defects.
- Analyze parts against customer provided drawings and CAD files.
- Create and manage RMAs, SCARs, Templates, and Non-Conformances.
- Interface with customers for all quality related issues.
- Prepare quarterly reports on quality KPIs.
- Annual Calibration Audits.
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly Logs (Machine Maintenance, Audits etc.).
- Work efficiently and in harmony with a team of talented craftsmen & craftswomen.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a quality control inspector with direct sheet metal experience.
- Experience with Unipoint, Job Boss, Keyence, Amada etc.
- Proficient in computer word processing and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong regard for quality assurance according to company standards.
- Strong knowledge about industry products and processes.
- Basic mathematical arithmetic.
- Excellent oral and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
- Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Quarterly Bonus (after successful completion of 90‑day probationary period).

- Monday to Friday 6:00AM – 2:30PM
