Job Description:
- Perform quality checks (QC) on incoming GPS/hardware devices from vendors (Incoming QC) and on units that have been installed at the customer side (Final QC), either thoroughly or on a random basis.
- Analyze and report issues found during incoming and outgoing QC by using tools such as multimeters, diagnostic software, simulators, and other relevant equipment.
- Coordinate with related departments (Procurement, IoT, Inventory, and Service team) to ensure smooth Quality Control processes.
- Create documentation of QC results that can be used for future reference.
- Prepare QC reports and assist in the return process when necessary.
- Provide suggestions and recommendations to improve product quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: D3 / D4 in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or other related technical fields.
- Basic knowledge of automotive and electrical components is highly preferred to support hardware-related quality checks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Demonstrates good problem-solving skills when identifying and analyzing quality issues.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
