Employment Type: Full-time, on-site with flexibility (HCMC, D1)
Working Model: Occasional evening meetings with U.S. clients
What You’ll Be Doing
- Requirement Analysis: Understand product requirements, tickets, and acceptance criteria clearly
- Test Planning: Support test planning, prioritization, and testing scope definition balancing coverage with timelines and business impact (training provided if needed)
- Test Preparation: Create and maintain test notes, checklists, and test cases
- Manual Testing: Perform testing for features, bug fixes, and product enhancements
- Quality Validation: Conduct sanity, smoke, regression, and end-to-end testing to ensure product stability and reliability
- Workflow & Data Validation: Verify workflows, user scenarios, and data accuracy across the system
- Cross-Platform Testing: Ensure consistent behavior across browsers, devices, and mobile platforms
- Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and follow up on defects with clear reproduction steps
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and product teams to validate fixes and support delivery
- Release Support: Assist with testing during releases, hotfixes, and production updates
- Post-Release Validation: Verify fixes and support issue validation after deployment
- Continuous Improvement: Help improve QA processes, testing coverage, and product quality
What You Bring
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience in manual QA for SaaS, web, or multi-platform applications
- Excellent communication in English (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail is a must, with a focus on data accuracy, test completeness, and overall product quality
- Awareness of end-to-end user workflow testing and real-world scenario validation
- Ability to work independently, manage testing scope, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with cross-browser, mobile, and negative testing approaches
- Strong ownership and accountability for quality outcomes, including follow-through on defect validation and resolution
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks, edge cases, and gaps in requirements or test coverage early
