The QC/QA Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Samutsakhon, responsible for overseeing all quality control and quality assurance activities for aircraft interior parts and components. This role manages inspection processes, monitors production quality, and ensures adherence to internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
· Minimum 10 years of experience in QC/QA with 3-5 years in a managerial role (experience in automotive manufacturing industry is an advantage)
· Strong English communication skill
· Strong knowledge of AS9100, IATF16949, FMEA, PPAP, and QC Tools
· Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
· Control and monitor product quality from incoming inspection to product delivery, ensuring all products are on standard of AS9100 and quality control process
· Oversee customer quality management activities
· Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal quality systems and Outflow processes. Recommend improvement plans to enhance overall product and process quality
· Lead and manage QA and QC teams to achieve KPIs
· Develop, implement, and maintain QA strategies and quality control standards
