Job Description / Responsibility
Assurance Farm is a fast-growing food manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality, pure products including yogurt, sweets, ghee, cheese, halal beef, and fresh chicken. To maintain our commitment to quality and safety, we are looking for a skilled Quality Control (QC) / Quality Inspector (QI) to join our Food & Beverage team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections at various stages of production for yogurt, sweets, ghee, cheese, beef, and chicken
- Ensure products meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Perform microbiological, chemical, and physical tests on raw materials and finished products
- Monitor hygiene and food safety practices across the production floor
- Maintain accurate QC documentation and reporting
- Support the implementation of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO, BSTI standards)
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Farming
Additional Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a food production or QC/QA role
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and BSTI food safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic lab skills and familiarity with food testing procedures
