A well-established organization is seeking Quality Control Specialists to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of services, including operational logistics. This role involves reviewing communications and documentation throughout each stage of operations—before, during, and after project execution. The position is best suited for individuals who have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision is critical.
This is an on-site position with no remote work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct compliance checks and enforce policies within the Operations Department.
Ensure operational procedures align with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Assist with regulatory and licensing requirements in adherence to company, state, and federal guidelines.
Provide training on compliance procedures and best practices.
Draft, review, and oversee SOPs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Support the implementation of process control systems.
Offer expertise in process improvement strategies and methodologies.
Identify issues and inconsistencies at various operational stages and recommend quality enhancements.
Perform rigorous quality assurance checks on data integration across multiple client reports.
Generate and review Quality Control reports, including Root Cause Analysis, Timeline Reports, and Non-Conforming Service Reports.
Communicate identified issues to relevant team members to facilitate timely corrective action.
