To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:
Responsible for ensuring products produced meet customer quality standards.
Responsible for the plant’s CMM function
Conduct part layouts and capability studies to assure parts meet or exceed dimensional requirement of the customer.
Train and support groups of shop floor associates with quality assurance.
This full-time role is a part of our Bluffton Quality team and reports to the Quality Manager.
Required experience:
Associates/Technical Degree Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a QE, preferably in a metal’s environment or equivalent experience.
Solid experience in calibration methods and use of measuring tools
Minimum of two years CMM experience
Great root cause problem solving abilities
Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
