Location:
Scranton, PA (commutable from: Pittston, Kingston, Wilkes-Barre, Clarks Summit, Carbondale, Honesdale)
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per annum + 12% quarterly bonus, training, career growth, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO.
The Role
- Lead a team of Quality Technicians and Operators on shift.
- Oversee quality inspections, testing, product holds, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate shift priorities, reporting, scheduling, and quality documentation.
- Night shift position working 7 pm-7 am on a 2-2-3 schedule.
- Full training provided on internal systems and processes.
The Candidate
- Leadership or supervisory experience within manufacturing / production.
- Experience with quality control, testing, inspections, audits or compliance.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic Microsoft Office and Excel skills (SAP experience is a plus).
- Looking for a long‑term opportunity with progression potential.
