sector is seeking a QCTechnician to ensure product quality maintain compliance andsupport smooth laboratory operations.

While performing the duties of thisposition the employee is regularly required to talk andhear.
The QC technician will work in thelaboratory area which requires maintaining a high degree ofcleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate laboratory instruments such asmicroscopes moisture testers MFI testers and FTIRanalyzers.
Ensure production standards are metconcerning customer orders quality and safetycompliance.
Follow up on supplier complaintsand prepare daily/weekly reports related to quality controlsperformed.
Coordinate with shifts to ensureproduct quality and maintain productionschedules.
Communicate effectively withdepartments involved in maintaining productquality.
Ensure production systemsdocumentation and processes comply with regulatory standards andcompany policies.
Establish and enforceorganizational quality standards.
Providetechnical expertise to troubleshoot productionrelatedissues.
Maintain a safe and clean laboratoryenvironment by educating personnel on safetyprocedures.
Investigate and report incidents inlaboratory activities ensuring timely completion and communicationof safety and incident reports.
Adhere toorganizational policies and applicable laws while performingresponsibilities.
Take on additional duties asassigned based on evolving company needs.
Qualifications:
Technicians degree in Engineering Chemistry oran equivalent career degree.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in
quality control
laboratoryoperations or a related field.
Strong knowledgeof quality systems and basic chemicalequipment.
Skills:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts bothbasic and advanced.
Proficiency in interpretinglaboratory procedures and governmentalregulations.
Strong interpersonal skills with ahigh level of integrity for handling sensitiveinformation.
Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills for effective teamcollaboration.
