Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Sample routine testing perform and testing results reporting
Scope: 1. Admixture and Resin testing Lab.
Mortar testing Lab
Principal Accountabilities
Sample registration by checking sample label and documents (Batch sheet, Raw materials receiving) for samples receiving of Raw material samples, In-process samples and Finished goods samples
Sample testing perform and record testing results in the test cards
Report the testing results to QC Chemist for consideration to Approved or Rejected or Quarantined or Concessional Approved
Input testing results in the system for Statistical Control Chart (SPC) and QA Certificate issue for all products
Store and maintain the retained samples as defined and well organized the retained sample storage area
Maintain testing record as defined
Receive and disbursement of Chemical and consumable must be record
Look after lab equipment to be in always good condition and ready to testing
Follow as safety company rules
Work as assigned by QC. Manager
Action follow as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO50001 including the rules of company.
Qualifications
High Vocational and Diploma in Chemist. or any other related fields
Experience And Background
At least 1-2 years’ experience in Quality Control
Innovative, resourceful and results-driven
