Job Description
Check and execute under the statistical process applying to each type of products when manufacturing.
Ensure the sufficiency and accuracy on report.
Check visual all of the label, PO #, SO # and technical detects on the products and advise Supervisor, Team Leader, Operators, limit the detects and improve the production process
Recording inspection results by completing reports at the end of shift, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting
data into quality database
Accepting or rejecting finished items, refer SOP/Tolerance/Approved Card
Reject and record all products and materials that fail to meet specifications by NCR or CAR
Reporting inspection and testing data
Training the production team or new QC Operator on quality control measures to improve product excellence
Support QC Team leaders verifying all equipment is calibrated correctly and keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements
Others Tasks as supervisor required.
Qualifications
High school diploma
0-1 year of experience in related field
Must have good vision, manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
Skilled in basic math skills and legible handwriting.
Must be able to follow verbal and written assembly instructions.
