Your Responsibilities:
Guide a dedicated crew in evaluating the quality of core materials and final products.
Ensure our practices mirror the sanctity of food safety regulations like SQF and AIB.
Conduct timely audits aligned with adherence specifications.
Nurture communication channels to address quality concerns and solutions.
Dive into customer feedback analysis and implement corrective strategies.
Craft training modules for continued employee education and growth.
Your canvas will involve leveraging data metrics to refine procedures and protocols in the realm of quality assurance. Oversee everything from equipment maintenance to internal audits, aligning with government quality standards. Serve crucial roles like HACCP Coordinator, staying at the forefront of industry innovations and improvements.
Skills & Certifications:
Hold a 4-year bachelor’s degree or ample experience in supervisory QA roles.
Certified in HACCP, PCQI, or SQF—embodying best-practice food safety procedures.
