What You’ll Be Doing
Perform sampling and testing of aggregate materials to ensure compliance with specifications
Maintain accurate records and documentation of test results
Calibrate and maintain testing equipment in accordance with quality standards
Communicate findings and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality control processes
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated knowledge of aggregate materials and quality control procedures
Ability to interpret technical specifications and testing standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Capability to work independently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
