Job Description
Job Responsibilities
As a QC Technician II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless quality of our Gene Chip products. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing QC testing of Gene Chip products to ensure strict compliance with ISO 13485, MDSAP, and 21-CFR-820 requirements.
Conducting target preparation for Cytoscan and Axiom with outstanding accuracy.
Supporting lab investigations related to product failures and participating in the implementation of corrective actions as necessary.
Conducting experiments and analyses to support new product releases and improve test methods.
Assisting FQC Shift Leads and Supervisors in accomplishing assigned tasks.
Job Requirements
To successfully compete for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Proven experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment, preferably within the medical device industry.
Strong understanding of ISO 13485, MDSAP, and 21-CFR-820 standards will be most advantageous.
Ability to perform meticulous lab work and maintain detailed records.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to determine root causes of product issues.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Able to work 12h rotating shift.
