Our client is seeking a skilled QC Validation Scientist to join their Product Innovation team for a 2-year contract.
This position is ideal for someone with extensive experience in process, cleaning, and analytical validation within the pharmaceutical industry. As a QC Validation Scientist, you will be responsible for establishing validation protocols, developing methods for new formulations, and ensuring smooth formulation transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct risk analysis and risk assessments of raw materials.
Verify pharmacopoeia methods and evaluate different pharmacopoeia.
Provide accurate analytical data in line with test monographs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Lead the implementation of quality systems in laboratories.
Manage deviations, change controls, and corrective/preventive actions.
Lead and manage complex problems and projects, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain individual performance goals and contribute to the evaluation process.
Your Profile:
Master’s degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience in process validation, cleaning validation, and analytical validation.
Experience working with raw materials and finished products.
Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and with a focus on quality and safety.
Fluent in French and proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
Experience with SAP, Lims, and Empower software is required.
