QC Visual Inspector-Marmaduke Jobs in Marmaduke, AR at The Greenbrier Companies
Tests and inspects products at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Selects products for testing at specified stages in the production process and tests them for various qualities, such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical.
Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures.
Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
Sets up and performs destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material characteristics.
Performs Production QC Checks; Gasket Check, Flame Check, Weight Checks etc.
Label making for Production Orders that are scheduled. To insure correct data is filled out on label; Customer Name, Product Code, Customer Code, Pallet Quantity, Quantity of Pallets for Order, Machine Number, Mold Number etc.
Other duties as assigned by the leadership team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
HS DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
1+ YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN A RELEVANT POSITION
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to; write simple correspondence. Ability to; effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to employees of the organization.
DETAILS:
The position offers a starting pay rate of $20.81/hr.
Shift B Sunday – Wednesday 7pm – 7am
Shift D Wednesday – Saturday 7pm – 7am
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Must pass a background and drug check test
