We’re Expanding Our Quality Control Supervision Team in Abu Dhabi!
We are looking for experienced QCS Senior Foreman to join our team for large-scale construction projects in Abu Dhabi.
- We are seeking motivated professionals with a minimum of 5 years of inspection experience in building construction projects.
- Preferred Nationality: Turkish, Azerbaijani, Turkmen, or Uzbek nationals only.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of inspection experience in building construction projects.
- Good computer literacy and confidence in using digital construction and inspection platforms.
- Basic to intermediate English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with site teams.
- Ability to provide hands-on training and practical guidance to site teams within their area of expertise.
- Strong understanding of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and quality control processes.
- Proactive approach to identifying and correcting quality issues during construction to minimize defects at project completion.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with engineers and supervisors.
- Ability to work efficiently in challenging site conditions, including hot weather, dust, and other demanding construction environments.
