Overview Of The Position
As a QE Engineer, you’ll manage customer quality assurance, responsible for handling complaints effectively (8D), leading return/rework processes, and preparing product inspection standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely handling of customer complaints, effective analysis of causes, and improvement measures
- Preparation of product quality inspection standards
- Timely and effective delivery of customer information to relevant units
- Leading the handling of customer returns and defective rework
Job Requirements
- College degree or above
- More than 5 years of professional experience in quality exception handling, proficient in office software.
- CET-4 required,
- Able to communicate well with customers, with experience in writing 8D correctly.
