Position Summary
QFS Supervisor is a key role in our Factory. As a member of the QFS Department, you ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of the quality control in operation.
Specific Functions, Additional duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Making sure that raw materials meet a set of standards, including sampling and inspection raw material incoming and shipments of inventory, report any variation to business function and training team members to improve performance and quality control.
1. Quality control for raw material, WIP and inventory stock during production process, stock or in other WHs.
2. Report to QFS Assistant Manager of any abnormalities arisen during the inspection and improvement actions
3. Maintain and build up record inspection results in system databases, digital files and/or on paper according to established protocols.
4. Actively manage and support any day-to-day non-Conforming products via the Hold and Release process.
5. Participate, conduct, and coach teams through internal investigations and root cause analyses, as per the internal NCR and CAPA procedures for any quality compliance incidents including consumer & customer complaints, out of specification results, internal audits and factory/GMP issues.
6. Create, support and/or approve the maintenance of SOP’s, work instructions & methodologies linked to any quality criteria and specifications.
7. Raise GMP standards and ensure compliance with the relevant GMP requirements through daily coaching of operational teams, GMP Audits and Internal Audits.
8. Participate in any projects to ensure quality and testing requirements are captured and incorporated where appropriate.
9. Influence and partner with cross functional peers, effectively communicating how Food Safety supports our company values
10. Implement a Food Safety culture and continuous improvement across the organization
11. Internal Audit and review plant Quality records to ensure compliance and provide coaching to colleagues completing & archiving records.
12. Act as a member of the Section team taking ownership for QFS elements where required. Provide the link between the Section team and the Quality function, understanding and aligning the agenda and balancing priorities.
13. Support Quality training, education, and coaching about the quality product, process control, Food safety & QMS implementation.
14. Perform other duties as assigned

Education: Bachelor’s degree in major of Food science or technology, biology & microbiology, or chemical technology
Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in QA/QC or Production position and minimum 1 year in same relevant role.
