Job Title: Vice President of Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement – Food Manufacturing

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Quality to lead quality assurance, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives in a food manufacturing environment. This executive will oversee the development and implementation of quality systems, drive plant transformation, and ensure compliance with BRC/SQF standards. The role requires strong leadership in Lean/Six Sigma, collaboration across departments, and a proven track record in enhancing operational excellence and product integrity.
Key Requirements:
10+ years in quality and lean manufacturing
Food manufacturing experience required
Strong knowledge of BRC/SQF, Six Sigma, and process improvement
Leadership in QA/QC, compliance, and plant transformation
Bachelor’s in Engineering/Science; Master’s preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 – $220,000.00 per year
Schedule:
