Role Description The QMS Manager will oversee, maintain, and improve the company’s Quality Management System in line with ISO 9000/2000 and related standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and updating quality policies and procedures, conducting internal audits, analyzing quality data, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions. The QMS Manager will collaborate with production, installation, and management teams to ensure compliance, reduce non-conformities, and drive continuous improvement. The role also involves training employees on quality standards, preparing documentation for external audits and certifications, and supporting customer satisfaction initiatives through robust quality processes.
Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO 9000/2000 standards, and internal audit processes.
  • Experience in process improvement, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ability to develop, document, and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and records.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing or construction environments, ideally in aluminum, PVC, steel, or glass products.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Competence in using MS Office and basic quality management or ERP software tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, industrial management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in a quality-focused or QMS leadership role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
