Are you ready to make a tangible impact on product excellence on an international scale? Join our dynamic Quality Food Safety team as a Marketplace Specialist! In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind effectively managing cross-border customer and consumer complaints, identifying critical quality risks from market feedback, and championing robust quality assurance processes. As our international operations evolve, you will take ownership of coordinating Total Age Management, uncovering powerful trends through data, and preparing our organization for high-stakes audits.
THESE ARE THE TASKS WAITING FOR YOU
- Coordinate and track the investigation of cross-border, customer, and consumer complaints.
- Collect and analyze marketplace samples and feedback.
- Monitor complaint trends, compile statistics, and prepare regular reports.
- Execute raw materials and market traceability processes.
- Coordinate and monitor the Total Age Management process involving subcontractors, and report to relevant departments.
- Present results and performance metrics during corporate and independent international audits.
- Collaborate closely with Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions.
- Participate in internal audits (e.g., GMP audits).
WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU
- Have an educational background in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Have proven experience in complaint management and quality assurance.
- Are familiar with Root Cause Analysis methods (RCA, 5 Whys, Fishbone).
- Have advanced MS Excel skills; familiarity with Power Apps and Power BI is a strong advantage.
- Have experience supporting and presenting audits.
- Are familiar with ERP systems (SAP or similar), which is considered an advantage.
