procedures and guidelines that align with corporate policies and industry best practices.
Train and mentor staff on
quality assurance
practices, fostering a culture of safety and excellence within the team.
Analyze
quality control
data and trends to identify areas for improvement and escalate issues to management as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of
quality control
inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken, ensuring compliance during audits.
Respond promptly to customer complaints related to product quality, conducting investigations and implementing corrective measures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science,
Quality Assurance
, or a related field, with specialized training in
quality control
processes.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in
quality control
or assurance within the F&B preferably in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
Certifications such as HACCP, ISO 9001, or SQF are highly desirable to demonstrate expertise in
food safety
management.
Proficiency in English, with additional language skills preferred to cater to
diverse
customer bases.
Strong
analytical skills
to interpret data and make informed decisions that impact product quality.
Excellent
communication skills
to effectively convey quality standards and expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and the ability to identify discrepancies in processes and products.
Physical ability to perform inspections in various conditions, including standing for long periods and lifting equipment as needed.
