Quality Supervisor
(Rincon, GA)
Kyungshin America Corp., a Hyundai distribution company located near Savannah, GA, is seeking a self-starting Quality Supervisor. This role will report to the Quality Manager and help the Assistant Quality Manager with the day-to-day quality operations at the Rincon, GA facility.
Responsibilities
Implement process inspection and quality plans to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Review and analyze data to provide corrective actions for processes and procedures.
Conduct audits of quality, material and processes to identify discrepancies and areas of improvement.
Collaborate with the Quality managers to lead continuous improvement activities.
Support production control activities through auditing and monitoring of processes.
Supervision of quality inspection support staff.
Qualifications
Experience with ISO 9001 and other QMS systems
Proven success in communicating effectively both in verbal and written form.
Strong emotional intelligence to enable cross functional collaboration.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in both English and Spanish is a requirement of this position.
Education and Experience
Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field required.
At least two years of quality experience in a manufacturing setting required.
Quality experience in the automotive industry a plus!
