As a Quality Analysis Senior Specialist at FlyAkeed, you will be integral in ensuring our services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your role will involve designing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting thorough analyses, and leveraging data to drive improvements across our products and services. You will collaborate closely with the development and operations teams to identify areas for enhancement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance processes and frameworks to enhance service delivery
Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions based on quality findings
Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness over time
Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for enhancements
Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance best practices
Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes relevant to quality assurance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality analysis roles, preferably in the travel or technology industries
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma)
Proficient in data analysis and statistical process control methods
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with quality auditing and compliance requirements
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Certifications in Quality Management or related areas are a plus
